Kristen Wilcock, BCaBA acts as a full partner of BIIO. Kristen is a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst and received her degree in Psychology from the Ohio State University. She was initially trained by the Wisconsin Early Autism Project where she worked as a behavioral consultant and a consultant trainer. In addition, Kristen is the Director and a full partner of Piece By Piece Consulting Services, an educational and behavioral consulting private practice specializing in ABA instruction for learners with autism. Kristen is also a full partner of the Silver Lining Group, a center-based program serving clients with autism located in Mansfield and the founder of Step by Step Academy, a not-for profit center for special scholars with autism in Columbus, Ohio. Kristen has been working with children with autism for over 12 years and is the proud parent and advocate of her ten year old son who is diagnosed with autism.

Michele Murphy is a full partner of BIIO. She received her degree in Health Care Services from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. Michele is currently working towards her board certification as an Associate Behavior Analyst. She has been working with children with autism for over eleven years and mostly recently has acted as Clinic Director at a center for scholars with autism in Columbus. In addition, Michele is a full partner in the Silver Lining Group, a center-based program for children with autism located in Mansfield and is a private consultant for local families specializing in ABA therapy and school consultations.
